1. Return/Refund Requests  


1.1 In accordance with the terms and conditions of this Refund and Return Policy and the Terms of Service, buyers may request to return the purchased item ("Item") and/or receive a refund before the expiration of the techkloud Guarantee period.  


1.2 The techkloud Guarantee is a service provided by techkloud at users’ request to assist in resolving certain conflicts that may arise during transactions. Users may privately communicate with each other to resolve disagreements or contact local relevant authorities to address disputes before, during, or after utilizing the techkloud Guarantee.  


2. Return Requests  


2.1 Buyers may only request a refund and/or return under the following circumstances:  

- The buyer did not receive the Item;  

- The Item was defective and/or damaged upon delivery;  

- The received Item is incomplete (missing quantity or accessories);  

- The seller delivered an Item that does not match the agreed specifications (e.g., incorrect size, color, etc.);  

- The Item delivered to the buyer substantially differs from the description provided by the seller in the Item listing;  

- The received Item is counterfeit**;  

- The received Item has physical damage (e.g., dents, scratches, breakage);  

- The received Item is defective (e.g., malfunctioning, not working as intended);  

- Through a private agreement with the seller, provided the seller must send their confirmation of the agreement to techkloud; or  

- Change of mind*.  


*The change-of-mind return policy applies only to certain categories and is limited to specific sellers.  

**The counterfeit Item return policy applies only to techkloud Mall sellers.  


2.2 The buyer’s request must be submitted via the techkloud mobile application.  


2.3 techkloud will review each buyer’s request on a case-by-case basis and determine at its sole discretion whether the request is valid.  


2.4 Please note that if requested by techkloud, the buyer must ship the Item to a location designated by techkloud within ten (10) calendar days after submitting the return request.  


2.5 techkloud reserves the right to approve or reject refund and return requests at its sole discretion. The buyer acknowledges and agrees that techkloud’s decision is final, conclusive, and binding, and undertakes not to initiate legal proceedings or raise any claims against techkloud or its affiliates regarding such decisions.  


2.6 If the buyer has initiated legal proceedings against the seller, the buyer may provide techkloud with an official notice from the relevant authorities requesting techkloud to withhold the purchase funds until a formal ruling is issued. techkloud will exercise its sole discretion to determine whether it is necessary to continue withholding such funds.  


3. Rights of Preferred Sellers  


3.1 If you are a Preferred Seller, you should have received a separate written notice from techkloud informing you of your participation in the techkloud Preferred Seller Program. If you decide to opt out of the program at any time, notify techkloud in writing; otherwise, you will be deemed to have chosen to continue participating in the program and agree to the terms herein. techkloud may suspend or remove any Preferred Seller from the program at its sole discretion.  


3.2 techkloud’s decision to approve a refund or return under Section 2 above is binding on the relevant Preferred Seller. Preferred Sellers agree to comply with and facilitate approved refund or return requests.  


3.3 For approved refund or return requests, techkloud will notify the Preferred Seller via email ("Email Notification") and arrange to ship the returned Item to the Preferred Seller’s provided local address in Singapore (where the Item was listed). If the Preferred Seller fails to provide a valid address or accept the return within a reasonable timeframe (as determined by techkloud), techkloud reserves the right to dispose of the Item, and the Preferred Seller forfeits all rights to it. If the Preferred Seller does not receive the Item, they must notify techkloud within seven (7) days of the Email Notification. Failure to notify techkloud within this period constitutes conclusive evidence of acceptance, and the Preferred Seller waives all claims or disputes regarding the Item.  


3.4 Notwithstanding the above, techkloud may, at its sole discretion, choose not to return the Item to the Preferred Seller, who shall forfeit all rights to it.  


3.5 For refund or return requests denied by techkloud after receiving the Item, techkloud will arrange to deliver the Item back to the buyer’s address.  


3.6 Preferred Sellers may appeal techkloud’s decision by submitting evidence to techkloud. If techkloud upholds the appeal, it will release the purchase funds in full or part to the Preferred Seller. The Preferred Seller agrees that techkloud’s decision is final and binding.  


4. Rights of Regular Sellers  


4.1 For the purpose of this policy, a Regular Seller refers to a seller who is not a Mall Seller or Preferred Seller.  


4.2 Upon receiving a buyer’s return/refund request, techkloud will notify the seller in writing. The seller must respond within the stipulated timeframe. If no response is received, techkloud will proceed with evaluating the buyer’s request without further notice. techkloud will review each case and determine the outcome at its sole discretion.  


5. Return Conditions  


5.1 To ensure a smooth return process, the buyer must return the Item, including all free accessories, in the same condition as received. Buyers are advised to take photos of the Item upon receipt.  


6. Responsibility for Return Shipping Costs  


(a) If the seller is at fault (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect Item delivered), the seller bears the return shipping costs.  


(b) For change-of-mind returns, the buyer must obtain the seller’s consent and bear the shipping costs.  


(c) In case of disputes, techkloud will determine the responsible party for shipping costs at its sole discretion.  


7. Refunds  


7.1 Refunds will be processed only after techkloud confirms that the seller has received the returned Item. If the seller does not respond within the specified timeframe, techkloud may refund the buyer without further notice. Refunds will be issued to the buyer’s credit/debit card or designated bank account.  


8. Communication Between Buyers and Sellers  


8.1 techkloud encourages users to communicate directly to resolve transaction issues. As a platform, techkloud advises buyers to contact sellers first for any concerns regarding purchased Items.
